Account Permanently Suspended for 3rd party programs or modifications that I din't use.

I've played League for a long time now and I've never had any problems. Today i received an email telling me that my account has been banned for the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client. I had never been banned or suspended before and this really shocked me, because i didn't use any illegal modifications, hacks or scripts. I think this was a mistake or something.

Riot i would appreciate if you looked into this, or at least tell me what am I accused of. I really don't wanna lose my account, which i worked on for so long, for an unknown reason. (I've already contacted Riot Support : REQUEST 21702399)
