Banned for no reason.

Greetings summoners. 3 months ago , my main account has been permanently suspended for "SCRIPTS". I submitted the ticket to RIOT's , and they aswered me that I was using scripts and their system detected it. So far I've been playing this game since BETA version , and I never used third programs nor scripts or any hack programs and etc . Futhermore, I would understand if I would've played at that time really well , but sadly, I played at that time so badly, I had scores like 2/11 , 5/9 and etc. I donated around 90 euros in this game , and really sad that I got permanently suspended for NO REASON. Is it possible to unban my account somehow? I was writing to RIOT's to check my IP adress , anything to unban my account , but RIOT's countinued aswering me that I used SCRIPS. I even dont know how to use them , and Im not stupid to waste money to ban my account. Help me please , Peace.

If Riot says you used 3rd party programs and doesn't help you, there's nothing we can do either. We often get people coming to the boards, claiming to not have done anything wrong and to have been unjustly banned, but in most cases, they're just telling lies. It's really unlikely anyone believes you, not to mention, false bans for 3rd party programs are very rare.
