Based on the chat log, I am presuming you previously had a 14 day ban and in this chat log, you are excessively negative towards your teammates.

In that 14 day ban notice, you get a warning saying that your next punishment is a permaban. Regardless of what that infraction is, your NEXT PUNISHMENT IS A PERMABAN.

I'm guessing you had a 14 day ban and then you came back and were excessively negative and the IFS found you to be excessively negative and then issued you a punishment but because your previous punishment was a 14 day ban, your punishment was elevated to a permaban.

You got banned because you were negative in chat. Constantly saying you're bad/useless and that you're tilted. Also mentioning the part where you said you were done and that the game was done. Saying Kassadin sucked for what? I'm assuming he beat you? Then being sarcastic that he deserved win. Telling your team or all chat about your tilt could also tilt them and cause them to perform bad. Instead, you could have focused more on gameplay not talk in chat. I don't think your case was as bad as some others out there but it still was negative. Maybe submit a ticket but I doubt they would do anything about it. Giving a try is better than not doing it at all though. [poppy-wink]
