Banned without warning?

Hello, My account has gotten banned without warning. I had not gotten any chat bans, any temp bans, or any warnings at all. Am not a toxic player, i really dont understand why i was banned? anyone shed some light ? riot employee? im just very disappointed and confused.

when you log in again it will tell you why, just tell us what the message says

It doesnt even allow me to login. I put in all my info. and it says this account has been permanently banned check your email. so i check my email. and all it says is this... Greetings britishrage,

This happened to me, I didn't tell me why either and I didn't get a chat restriction as well it's complete BS

The year code 2100 is the Account Security Compromised ban code, if I am not mistaken. At least that is what it says on the Forum Archive. If that is the case, it means that they suspected that someone else obtained access to your account, so they locked it for your protection. It does send the same pop-up and email in that situation as a normal permaban, so it wouldn't look any different.

All you need to do is submit the ticket to Player Support, which you have already done, and wait for them to reply. It may take them a few hours, as it is a Sunday, but they will get back to you soon and will begin the process of verifying that you are the account's owner. They will ask you a bunch of questions about the account, things that only the owner should know. You can find a list of things here which will give you an idea of various things that Support might ask you. Things like the first champ you bought, which ISP you use, what city/state you play in, etc.

Try to be patient, and don't bump your ticket or open a new one, as that will drop yours down to the bottom of the line. Someone will be with you soon, and will get everything straightened out for you. Best of luck, and hopefully they get everything resolved quickly and get you back on the rift soon!
