Im currently at a 20 min leaverbuster cuz of ARAM, at this point Im prolly just going to not play league anymore. Will the leaverbuster reset if I come back to play like a year from now? Im using this as an opportunity to get rid of my addiction (?).

no, you have to play games where you don't afk in to get the meter to go down
