This is where a majority of my losses come from. But this game rather address issues that don't exist. Change the system, make new classes because I am not a B4 player. This system is 100% wrong that I am judged based of them fighting, or them being unwilling to work together. How is that my fault?

Those things happen to everyone and if you aren't causing or perpetuating those arguments they will be happening on the opposing team more often than yours.
If you want to get out of bronze 4 you have to stop blaming others and improve your own play.

I have improved, they haven't. I can't carry people who keep digging a deeper hole. And I am sick of having to do it every game.
People aren't banned at all. Only me. And I notice the other team usually can at least work together mind does not. SO, you are wrong again. How about you come see for yourself, rather than just say meaningless words?
Registeel12343 votesassuming you are playing right, there are only 4 people on your team that can be really bad/troll/be toxic, while on the other team, it's 5 that can be like that. So statisticly, there is more chances to have a bad player on the opposing team than on yours.

Let's say 1 out of 10 player is bad, and that you're not one of thoses 1/10 players. Each of your 4 teamates have a 1/10 chance of being bad. So 1/10 + 1/10 + 1/10 + 1/10 = 4/10 chance to get at least 1 bad player.
However, on the opposing team, you have 5 potential bad players, so it's 1/10 + 1/10 + 1/10 + 1/10 + 1/10 = 5/10 chances of having a bad player.
As far as I know, 5/10 > 4/10

Your views are so self centric and if you could look at the big picture you would see that it is completely illogical. Anything that is happening "all the time" is either happening to everyone or being caused by you. If it is team mates that are arguing all over the place holding you back, it would be holding everyone back to a similar degree. Thus not holding you back.
What arguing certainly can cause losses what it really seems like you are experiencing is losing causing arguments which you are blaming for the losses.
As far as I can tell you don't care about improving and are only looking for people to tell you that you are being held back by others. You always have someone to blame for everything. So this will be my last post. Best of luck on your climb.

Then try not Leading them, why not try helping your fellow players. Encourage, advice Not orders.
NOT your job to make anyone learn ! Play nice and teach them patience because in the end that is what it takes to learn this game and win ;)

Then why is it that Trick2G or Gosu or Annie bot or Nightblue or any other high elo player can create a smurf, get it to level 30 and get it do diamond within a month?

Dyrus created a smurf called "a very bad time" and "CHATSPAMKAPPA123" 3 months ago, within 400 games he's managed to get both of those accounts to Masters. Trick2G "zzGodyr" was made last month and is in Diamond. These players are climbing because that's where they belong. I've watched their streams, they have teammates who flame eachother, and yet they still manage to climb to their proper ranks.
