Account bugged? Can't receive hextech loot

Posting here because it was recommended after my Last thread got deleted. It's been a week I just want a simple answer as to what's going on. I understand that after receiving a ban or chat restriction you can't receive hextech loot for a little while. Well, I put in a ticket about this already and it's been nearly a week and riot still hasn't given me a non-automated response so j thought I'd come here. My account had a 2week suspension, and afterward wasn't able to receive hextech loot (keys, chests) by winning games/S ratings. Well, it's been about 3 months since that restriction and this account still isn't getting anything. Is my account just bugged or what's the deal? There hasn't been any further warnings or punishments since.

Maybe you shouldnt have gotten a 2 week suspension.

you'll need 120 games without being validly reported inorder to get it back.

Keep in mind you do have a permaban waiting for you if you don't shape up your attitude.

It's not a bug, it's intended to take awhile before earning that privilege back,

It's been about 3 or 4 months since it happened. And I hardly say anything at all in games since then. Could do without the "maybe you shouldn't have gotten banned" comments, as they don't help in any way at all. After a chat restriction this cleared in maybe 2 days, after the 2week, it's been MONTHS, and nothing.

Did you... read the emails?

The reason they send you an automated reply is because there isn't anything particular about your situation that can't be answered the same way as all the other people who got banned and send them a message instead of reading the easily available information about your question on these boards or even on Google.

Yea man my accounts been bugged for 7 months. Kappa. If it was a two week suspension you have to wait like a year with perfect behavior to recieved hextech items and you also aren't eligible for Ranked rewards. You and me are in the same boat. Welcome aboard the no hextech express. You might as well just create a new account if you want loot.
