Permanently banned for absolute nonsense, Riot please reconsider

Today I played a single ranked flex game. Needless to say it was absolutely brutal and the entire team was not only feeding but flaming each other including myself. Some things said from the leona support were so vulgar and disrespsectful I thought she would have been permabanned. Within minutes my account was permanently banned. I've waited plenty of time for a response in the ticket section and haven't received anything. I truly believed that the moderators are doing a great job removing the toxicity within the confines of this beautiful game we know as League of Legends. However, I definitely did not deserve the perma ban for my actions. If you are like me and try your hardest to win your ranked games and are constantly put in the position where if you don't carry the game on your back, you will ultimately end up losing due to the actions of your unskilled team, then please read this chat that was supposedly within the ".006%" of permabanned negative players.

Please keep in mind that negativity is almost always a product of the thought of losing or some other factor. Never just for no good reason.

I ask that the league of legends community please be honest and seriously consider if you would permanently ban a player for what was spoken within these games and ask yourself if that sounds like something YOU might say in a game. I am an older player and have had this account for years without issue except for a two week ban that happened months and months before this incident. Regardless, I know people that have been two week banned more than once and received multiple different types of punishments. Some crazy chat bans and bans from ranked gameplay but never permanently banned. I do feel like I was treated unfairly and it might be because I main heimerdinger but who knows. I've spent a lot on the game and am of course deeply saddened by the loss of the account. Many of the skins were bought by my fiance.

I absolutely love riot games and have zero resentment towards them in any way for trying to make the community a better place for all players young and old. But I do ask of riot to have more compassion for their player base as it is extremely stressful on the mind when you are trying to carry your team because none of them are even doing remotely well. Sometimes you have to be truthful with people if you want them to step their game up and try to pull off a win when your team is getting slaughtered.

I just want to say that I don't condone my actions, Tensions are high when your spending an hour of your time to suffer a miserable defeat and if the chat from the other players were visible then you would see that what I said was not nearly as vulgar. But please be honest and consider if permanent ban was a fair punishment here.

Riot I ask that you please reconsider your actions upon my beloved account. Any other action other than permaban would be acceptable.

If I don't receive my account back then I wish the best for the community.

Asides from negativity, which you do own up to, when was your 14 day ban prior to this? If it was fairly recent then yes, this would be enough for a perma.

I for one see zero reason for a perma ban here as I've seen far worse in games before and have spoken worse in games before and never even had a chat ban before please riot save this defenseless for a ban that was incorrectly applied to this account

Please open a support ticket on this. Once you get an "answer" from player support make another post(rito support answer included) if you need to get a higher red.

"Lord Dong Snow" would be my first reason to ban you.

Second would be questioning your punishment. If your morality is tilted so far off it's axis that you are blind to your own actions. That you don't see the cause and effect of the words you use, you won't last long here. You will learn learn to listen to the gods of this universe, or be erased.
