Had a tilting game not going to lie, and anything bannable would have been me saying "kys" 2 times. Had a 2-week suspension at least 5 months ago maybe more, and they didn't give me another 2-week or even a month, just straight to perma. My friend had the same problem, but got another 2-week instead. Can anyone shed some light on this? I'm beginning to feel the repercussions of losing my account.

I'm just wondering why i get perma banned and don't get another 2-week.

edit: also, it is stated on leagues official support site that its still possible to skip strait to a perma ban and not get a 2 week suspension

When a punishment is issued, the next penalty tier is given. Extreme toxicity, hate speech, or urging self harm normally skips two punishment tiers. It is possible to descend the punishment tiers. To descend, it takes 3-6 months of playing regularly without earning another punishment. If you don't play enough, then the punishment will not decrease. If you are toxic during the 3-6 months, then it takes longer to descend the tiers.
