Feel like someone being able to spam friend request you after saying no the first time shouldn't be allowed. Doesn't happen as often as in-game flaming, but the harassment is actually so annoying that I don't want to queue up again for a while. plz rito, in game flaming is enough [zombie-nunu-bummed]
If you block them they can no longer send you a FRQ.
either dont click on no. then the same request stays and you dont have to see it or accept it and then block the user via friendlist.

I always just let that request sit there for a while before deleting it, usually anyone that spams friend requests are people that just want to be Toxic without the fear of being punished by the IFS.
Just let it sit for about an hour or so and that person will go away. Otherwise you can use the block feature to block them all together.
