How can someone be so toxic/racist and not get banned?

This Zed I literally played with and his friends last game were so toxic, flaming and raging at me because I wanted to try out and play Warwick JG for the first time and people literally just got so mad and trolled me the entire match... I muted all of them because it was getting really annoying and reported them after the game.

But I didn't get any notification of anyone getting suspended or banned, I can't believe that these kind of players would go in groups and gang up on some random player and get away with it...

If only I had that match recorded I would show you guys how toxic these guys are it's disgusting

You're not guaranteed to get a notification, and it's only been 17 minutes since the game. Have patience.

I feel like this should be tagged somewhere to the Player Behavior board of the forums. I see so many threads, people seemingly unaware that if someone gets banned, they won't always be granted a notification, just because they happen to be one of the people to report the player.

Because the ban system is broken and has never worked since they did away with the tribunal.

Had the same problem a few nights ago, entire 4 man premade that target banned my champ pool, took turns flaming me non-stop to the point I wondered if it wasn't scripted because it just did not stop, they all int'ed constantly except the support voli who still int'ed but managed to pick up the kills after adc wukong and jg ornn int'ed bot all game, refused to vote just so they could flame me more, one afk'ed and quit, and did everything they could to tilt me.

Just checked and they are all still playing together, all still going 0/9 every game, all still trolling as a toxic af premade.

yeah those guys are literally playing more matches and possibly trolling another player, I checked the Zeds match history and he is still able to play

I'm just surprised that Riot doesn't do anything against cyber bullying, these kind of people will literally get away with it since they go in groups to verbally abuse random solo players... this is just sad

cyber bullying exist in league? if someones "cyber bullying" you then you can half a second to mute them and guess what you can't see it anymore! grow up and learn not to get butt hurt in a game

99% of these threads are people complaining about riot when they are the ones at fault. blaming there losses on matchmaking crying about people being toxic. learn to use mute.

that's not how it works. It doesn't matter if they're in groups, because # of reports doesn't matter, it's how many games you get reported in that matters.

it seems like if you know what keywords to avoid you can get away with A Lot of toxicity. ive had a few i was pretty surprised not to get the notification back on too.

You can download and watch a replay of your most recent games from your match history, however, naming & shaming is prohibited so showing us an unedited video of your game would not be allowed... although you could include it in a support ticket if you ever needed to do so.

Players aren't guaranteed or entitled to any indication of another player's punishments. Your report will trigger a review of the game and depending on their account standing and the egregiousness of their behavior, appropriate measures will be taken against their accounts. But it isn't anyone's business but theirs.

Keep playing your games. Keep using the mute feature. Keep reporting toxic behavior when you see it.

But for your own sake, you have to move on.

Did you look at the chart? There are plenty of "zero tolerance" triggers that will result in immediate discipline. Racism is one of those triggers.
