Why would you queue me up with a tilted player during a series? How about you update that, Riot? Thanks for not putting more penalties up to keep titled feeders from playing ranked...

You could make it to where people won't be queued up with players from the previous game. You could make to where someone with bad internet could be restricted from playing ranked until they have better ping. Do something!!!!!!!!!
