Banned for using a "third party program," only used LoLwiz, please help!

I have only been playing this game for a little over a year, when I tried to log in today I received a notice that my account was banned for "malicious third party programs." The only programs I have ever used are curse voice and LoLwiz. To the best of my knowledge, neither of these programs constitute a ban. I have climbed all the way to Diamond 5 and have fully supported this game and want to continue to do so. I have submitted a ticket but the wait times are high due to the high number of tickets so I am looking for more clarity and would love a response from Riot. I feel like I have done nothing wrong and am confused by this ban.
