Lane stealers are not getting punished

Hey,

there was a game where i wanted to play toplane, picked my champ, locked in. And the last person (assigned support) picked Mundo and told me to go support (because my champion shit on toplane, according to him). Of course we lost the match since the adc had to solo, and we had to share XP on top. Reported him on post-game lobby, and what do you think?

NOTHING HAPPENED. How is it hard to detect a lanestealer? O.o

Of course i can not link the match, because "hurr durr naming shaming"...
