My account got banned November 12/13 of 2015. I was shocked to find this out because I haven't played LoL in over 3 months before then. I would like to know how my account was hacked and why I didn't get a warning. Please understand that I've learned from my toxicity since the 1st suspension and I've been getting suspended for reasons that are unknown to me. This time I'm frustrated because how can I say anything when I haven't been on LoL for 3 months?

I would appreciate a response from a rioter explaining this and possibly a recovery of my account or at least a second chance considering I was hacked and had no idea of this. I have contacted riot many times but no response so I'm hoping for a response.

Please at the very least explain how I can be responsible for a permanent ban date, when the date it happened. I hadn't played on, let alone 3 months before. If there's anyway I can get my account back, or at the least a reasonable and respectful explanation as to why I cannot get it back. I would highly appreciate it.

I've had this account for a year had only been suspended 2 times after that never again. I stopped playing for 3 months and my accounts banned. How could I have done that when I wasn't playing? Explain please. Especially before you accuse.

How could someone else do it? Nobody has played since november, so you must have been banned in November, when you were playing.

Trying to use the "I was hacked and someone else got me banned" card won't work here because nobody has even used your account since you said you stopped playing.

You were banned once you stopped, you just didn't notice cause you didn't try to log in.

Read the story 'bro'. I've stopped being toxic long ago my account was banned under someone else's control. I wasn't here for 3 months and it got banned in that time spand.

Have you submitted a ticket? Is that what you mean by contacting them?

If they think you weren't hacked, it may be because they have evidence that you were still using the same computer or something. If you're telling the truth, I would press them on that.

If you aren't... well, I'd be surprised to hear they restored it.

A ticket? I've contacted on email and boards idk what you mean by ticket. And i swear on my life I'm telling the truth I have a brother that uses my computer to play sometimes but I doubt he would hack my account considering he did it once and got his computer taken away from him. But I swear on my life

Go to the support website and submit a support ticket. That's how you'll get a response. They don't respond to boards posts. The forums are for players.

If he hacked it once, he could again. I wouldn't count it out.

So according to your match history, you have a long stint of play back in October, where as over 3 months ago would be back in September.

I may be ignorant to the mindset of hackers these days, so I'm not judging per say, but I haven't personally heard of someone being hacked by another player who then proceeded to play regularly. The only real time gap in relative span of play was a hiatus of a couple of weeks between 10/28 and 11/12. Is this the case; that someone hacked your account just to play on it rather than get you banned, or that the time frame you gave is inaccurate?

Again, not trying to attack or judge, just looking to understand the situation.

I think the person was being toxic in the games and it for some reason took a bunch of games for people to report him enough. I know someone did that to one of my friends a while back.

I see. You didn't receive any emails or notifications about them doing prior lesser punishments to the account? Two-week suspensions, etc?

I'm talking about for your particular incident. You said you had received punishment before. Did you not receive any other notifications after you stopped playing about further punishment, or were you already at the last step before a full ban?
