Account ban

My account got banned November 12/13 of 2015. I was shocked to find this out because I haven't played LoL in over 3 months before then. I would like to know how my account was hacked and why I didn't get a warning. Please understand that I've learned from my toxicity since the 1st suspension and I've been getting suspended for reasons that are unknown to me. This time I'm frustrated because how can I say anything when I haven't been on LoL for 3 months?

I would appreciate a response from a rioter explaining this and possibly a recovery of my account or at least a second chance considering I was hacked and had no idea of this. I have contacted riot many times but no response so I'm hoping for a response.

Please at the very least explain how I can be responsible for a permanent ban date, when the date it happened. I hadn't played on, let alone 3 months before. If there's anyway I can get my account back, or at the least a reasonable and respectful explanation as to why I cannot get it back. I would highly appreciate it.

Have you submitted a ticket? Is that what you mean by contacting them?

If they think you weren't hacked, it may be because they have evidence that you were still using the same computer or something. If you're telling the truth, I would press them on that.

If you aren't... well, I'd be surprised to hear they restored it.

So according to your match history, you have a long stint of play back in October, where as over 3 months ago would be back in September.

I may be ignorant to the mindset of hackers these days, so I'm not judging per say, but I haven't personally heard of someone being hacked by another player who then proceeded to play regularly. The only real time gap in relative span of play was a hiatus of a couple of weeks between 10/28 and 11/12. Is this the case; that someone hacked your account just to play on it rather than get you banned, or that the time frame you gave is inaccurate?

Again, not trying to attack or judge, just looking to understand the situation.
