So i am beginning to think reporting does nothing at all, i have a bad game against "smurfs" and i get reported i get 14 day suspension with quick action on my account, i report those people for harassing me all game and the jungle even admitting in chat that he is purposely griefing me in said game and they are still playing safely, i even muted them at some point and didnt respond back to them but im still punished thats dumb

You're not supposed to retaliate against players because they're harassing you. You're responsible for your own actions. Just as they are to theirs. If you continue to type to them out of defense, then you're not playing the game. Which creates a negative experience for your entire teammates. You're supposed to be playing the game, not typing to them. And I would assume you did exactly the opposite and ended up getting reported for it.

Zombie Gerbil1 votesI certainly did read it all, but you shouldn't even tell them you were gonna mute them. Also, what you're saying in your defense doesn't really show us the entire picture. Which leaves a lot of assumptions. You can't expect the board to take your word for it. If you're looking real answers, ask Riot Support, if you're asking the board, you're gonna to need to show your chat log, otherwise, there's not much to go on.
