My pre-game chat experience.

This is the pre-game chat, I have changed everyone's name to their champion to hide the identities. The player was also toxic in game as well if you were curious. @Riot , why are people allowed to talk like this? It's just bothersome to deal with. I do have a question, does riot know what people say in pre-game, if so. does it not count towards a ban, or can you just talk however?
