HI riot, my name is Dimos. I want to send this message because in my last game i played with four players and this one called <removed by moderation> died a lot of times and he did not help us. He should have play jungler with smite at khazix but he did not played and all the time he said " i do not want to play jungle".I waste my time with some of these feeders and i want this one to be reported and to take ban. Please do it. It would be very nice of you to do it. Thank you very much!

You should probably just submit a support ticket if you did not report him post game. If he was toxic, chances are someone else reported him, and you should just move on.

Naming and shaming is not allowed on the boards.

You can't include summoner names in your posts because that's against the Universal Rules of Naming & Shaming. The boards are also not the place to report someone. If you want to report a negative player, the best place to do it is in the post-game lobby. Otherwise, you could also submit a report ticket via Riot's official Support page.
