Perma'd: No Email / Tribunal Link

Hello,

I recently got permanently banned for being Toxic. I expected to get an email with a link to the Tribunal decision. When I log in, it shows one game; where I was very toxic. I'd like to see the other games, unless something has changed and you can get punished for a single game (I haven't actually participated in the Tribunal for a few years now). My gf had broken up with me, and I drank entirely too much vodka that night; but, I'd like to see what I said.

I apparently wasn't as smart as the duo in the one game that shows up when I log in... that is, I don't flame in pre&post lobby and spam pings at people and run to their lane to steal cs to tilt them: Since that wouldn't get me banned because there's no evidence of it on the Tribunal. Additionally, I find it odd that you guys don't do temp bans. I had a chat restriction a few months ago, and then this perma ban. (I think I had a chat restriction over a year ago, as well). tbh had I known I could get perma'd I would have probably played something else, that's less tilting... or made a new account; but I expected I would get a temp ban before getting perma'd.

Cheers.

Riot Games has a zero tolerance policy for racism/hate speech and it is what lead to a direct perma-ban in your case. That was likely compounded by the multiple 'kys' typed.

Additionally, I find it odd that you guys don't do temp bans.

The different punishment levels that can be issued are:

10-game chat restriction 25-game chat restriction 14-day ban perma-ban

If you have questions about your chat log, you can post them on the boards for review.

Have you considered that your name was a possible reason behind the ban?

Your reform card presented upon logging into the client may have more games than the email, but it isn't required to have 3; extreme behavior or continuing negative behavior right after another punishment can get you escalated with just one match.

They do give 14 day bans as the third tier of punishment, but your behavior was probably extreme enough to warrant skipping it. This is usually the case with the use of hate speech or making threats.

If you want us to go over the chat logs you already have, you can post it and we'd be happy to. If you want to get more information from Riot you'll want to submit a ticket.

You can get punished for 1 game if you've recently been 14-day banned.

You can jump punishment tiers if your toxicity is over the board.

They show one "recent" game only. If you don't play often it will only show 1 game.

you can get banned for a single game if it was extreme or if you had a 14 day ban before. you´d mind sharing your chatlog with us? it can usually tell a lot

Even if they wrote kys themselves, Riot only punishes based on YOUR behaviour, retaliation, no matter to what, is not an acceptable excuse for them and they will probably get their due punishment too.

Also, tribunal has not existed for I think about 2 years now, permabans are dished out by Riot personally.
