i got chat restricted but i should have gotten banned i think

I mean i got chat restricted for " flaming " after i had a bad day and got tilted bcs our midlane kept flashing to steal my buffs and jungle , so i int and tbh thats not ok i should have gotten banned but i got chat restricted instead ... And then i saw the chat logs and i wasnt restricted for the game were i inted but for THAT

which in my opinion isnt technically flaming , actually was doing blue , vayne tried to steal it and i told her " nice try " so she said i was just helping i told her i though she tried to steal and i didnt need her help anyway and she said " i fuck your dead grandmom bitch, u toxic shit" ( thats why i said lol wtf ure the toxic one ) and then she said "stfu , i fuck your grandma #3 premades " , " we will all 3 report you and get you banned " , so basically thats why i told her i could keep the chat logs and show riot she was wrong , and reported her at the end of the game , but she didnt get restricted ( i got no message saying she did ) while she obviously was abusing the fact that she was premade to hard flame me and report me while i didnt really " flame " this game ... On the other side I did int a whole game and didnt get any restriction from it ... riot wtf is wrong with your system ? I might have missed something but still i dont see any chat restrictable offense in what i said considering her hard flame . She kept flaming btw but i dont have the exact sentences she said and cant find the chat logs of what she said exactly so dont wanan say something bs , but she kept flaming me for the whole game , like " zed ure so bad " , " omfg zed noob no dmges " , " zed trolling " , " toxic stupid shit zed " and things like dat . and didnt get chat restricted like i did . Like she doesnt get chat restricted for hard flaming and abusing the fact that she is premade while i did ( and i wasnt really flaming ) and next to that i dont get restricted or banned for inting and flaming for a whole game ? rito cmon

EDIT : to make it more clear , this zed game ( jungle ) isnt the one where i did int ( i was playing shyvana when i did ) but another one , and i obviously didnt flame there ( imo ) .

idk maybe since its the first time i int in 5 years i didnt get instantly banned but at this point i dont udnerstand why i got chat restricted for this other game where i didnt flame .

hmm... I see 2 lines of passive aggressiveness in this chat log. So pretty mild stuff, but still does make it a valid report.

Then again, Riot says not to cherry pick your chatlogs. You are punished for your entire behavior history, so your Shyvanna game is part of this punishment as well.

If you really want us to properly judge, you should post your entire chatlogs, but most likely, you were on thin ice and this game just broke the camel's back.

Doesn't matter what you say. You get permanently banned for "Arguing" on NA. You cannot in anyway, shape, or form respond to toxicity. Or you become the toxic one.
