How long does chat/rewards restriction last ?

I received a chat restriction after using the comms under the influence of tilt, for several games (Please don't say stuff like "deserved" or im "trash", don't kick the horse while it's dead and decomposing). All it said is that I have chat restriction and no access to chests. Can someone explain further what this punishement consists of?

It just makes me sad that I was brought to this point by players worse than me. I remember Nietzsche saying : "If thou gaze long into an abyss, the abyss will also gaze into thee"
