So, I'm trying to figure out What changed in the passed 10 years to this year, I got punished the first time For I still don't know what. They told me It was toxicity but I was barely toxic in both games. The next time, I was defending myself, Got called a bunch of names, And the player in general who was doing it went unpunished and is now honor level 5, Yet I got a second chat restriction, Then apparently defending someone I said they had a "Braindead adc," OK that I will give you, But This time Idk what to say....

I had an Evelyn run it down, flame, AFK, Come back and run it down some more, because of 2 afk's on the enemy team. then go and take farm our team needs and just afk top lane, so she doesn't get a "leaver warning." Yet telling Eve the reason she was reported, was considered "Arguing" with her, and Don't wanna forget the WW on the enemy team was also calling names and being offensive, Being intentionally rude. Also no penalty to either player.

But yet again I get a 4th chat restriction, Did not say a SINGLE THING BAD in the entire chat. I was calm, Level headed, Never flamed or insulted anyone. Just said the straight facts, Besides a joke to WW which he also laughed at he thought it was funny, As did everyone in the game. I am then being told "Arguing" is super uncool! Yet apparently people can go around insulting others for no reason? What is this game coming to? It used to be a fun game where people were chill and have fun playing games, Now I can't even talk without being reported? So Am I really just required to turn off chat in the game now? I just don't understand, Can I get some help in Understanding how When I was just talking in game, I still get a chat restriction? Am I just not supposed to talk anymore? Am I really supposed to just mute my chat and no longer talk to people? Because I get a report and I'm just auto punished? without anyone even reading the chat loggs? I honestly don't know what to do anymore [zombie-brand-mindblown]

Edit: These are the only chat loggs I was given for the report, Never got an IN client reform card or anything.

As you can see these are taken out of order and out of context, My team even said I didn't deserve a restriction for this "the one being toxic in the game was a friend of mine and she said she deserved one but I didn't."

Edit 2: These are NOT THE FULL chat loggs, I was denied the chat loggs by rito support team. I DID ask for them, but instead I just got a bunch of "you were arguing your a bad person."

I guess just stop explaining to people why youre reporting them, and let Riot explain it to them if they get punished. Sort of pointless to explain to someone that youre reporting them and why. Riot will do that whether you explain it or not. So while I understand why one would think it shouldnt be against the rules, its just pointless to begin with anyways, so it should be an easy thing to stop doing. But I know, its not JUST about that. You keep learning new ways you can be punished. Thats the rough part of Riots rules. We all grow up in different environments and interpret things in different ways. So if you have a hard time understanding what could be considered harassment or arguing or insulting, its gonna be hard to follow the rules. Idk what to tell you if thats the case. Just sucks for you i guess lol. (I know that sounds shitty, but i mean it in a light hearted way)

To be honest riots chatbots are extremely fickle and even them themselves lately have acknowledge how bad it is and that they're supposed to be doing an update with it like I can't even say Bobo in chat and it's considered a slur its my homies name.

Moral of the story, don't start drama with your teammates, doesn't matter what insults they throw at you and what they call you, just ignore, it doesn't worth talking to them and trying to explain them something. Those who are smart enough to understand, they will, but for the most part people wanna blame someone, and act toxic, and you got baited by it and ended up as a criminal in the end.

Like what? Like calling people's scores out? They know. They don't need you doing that. Like trying to use your score to attempt to bully your team into listening to you? You aren't the boss. Period. No matter who's doing good or bad. You're a team. Work together, not against each other.

And yes, if all you're doing is using chat to argue with your team instead of work with them, that is and has always been a punishable offense.

Yeah, Riot's "reform cards" are really doing what they despise people FOR doing - shaming. I don't understand why they haven't fixed THAT after 10 years but it really should have been fixed a long time ago. If you want people to reform their ways, you cannot ignore the context. If all you said was "ah fuck this" "fuck that" then of course you look toxic but in the grand scheme of things - THE CONTEXT - it might make more sense. But Riot doesn't care.
