Toxic players

Coming back to League after some time. Playing for a month has shown me that the community is more toxic than ever. What's more, Riot's system is as broken as ever. Maybe 1 out of 15 flamers actually get punished. Moreover, it's absurd that I get multiple games in a row with the same players that I reported. Apparently, Riot's matchmaker interprets my reporting player as "he really wants to play with these same griefers over and over again." It's disheartening to see that after 8 years, Riot has made virtually zero improvement to player experience. But I suppose there's a reason why NA player numbers are dwindling so much.

I just started this year and I've met great people and toxic people lol but if you want to keep playing just ignore them and have fun!

I can say that I've recently had a game where I had a Jungler who entered the lobby tilted, was negative all game, we lost.

I queue up again, and I have the same jungler as last game, he was still tilted from the last game, we lost that game too.

However, in all my 5 years of playing league that's probably the 2nd time that's happened.

Perhaps I'm just lucky, or perhaps it's just a rare occurrence in general. Though, I can see this being an issue in higher elo's where the matchmaking pool tends to be smaller. (I'm currently in Plat)

So, I can't say I've had the same experience as you. I'm sorry you've had bad repeated experiences though.

if it makes you feel any better, I just got permabanned for toxicity. won't ever play the game again. they punish some people lol
