I am writing today because I wanted to ask you guys, the League of Legends public if in your opinion this chat deserved a perma ban.

This is the game that my account instabanned, I understand I am not 'liked' by players, but I think the ban triggers and automated ban system is ridiculous, I cannot believe a ban was dropped on me for this. I was a jungler and my team blamed me for losing because they all lost lanes, and apparently my comments about my experience triggered them, when I was the one with the most kills (JG Diana) , not that that matters.

I am just asking for your guys opinion on this, is this ban warranted? Does the robot ban system bother you also? I think every ban should be reviewed by humans, because if someone viewed the game I played, It was a true circus and I almost feel like I was set up to be banned.

After a 14-day ban, this is definitely enough to warrant a permaban. You were warned on the reform card that your next offence would be a permaban, and you chose to ignore that warning.

The system punishes people based on consistency x severity. Minor toxicity over many Many MAny MANy MANY games will eventually get you permabanned. Especially after you don't prove to the system that you've reformed after your 14-day ban.

The question's not "does this deserve permaban?" but rather "does this deserve punishment?" instead, and the answer to that question is a straight up "yes it does".

You had a negative and insulting attitude throughout the whole game which included name-calling, rank shaming and giving up. While you did somewhat apologize at the end of the game, that doesn't change the fact that for the majority of the game you were still behaving poorly. Under normal circumstances this might only get a chat restriction at most, but since you already had a 14-day ban (the final warning before a permaban) and still decided to act like this the IFS determined that you still hadn't improved your behavior another punishment was deemed necessary, which in your case was a permaban.

Advice: If you must rage then do so at the screen instead of in chat. This allows you to vent your frustrations without compromising your teams chances of success. Use the chat for neutral or positive comments, usually things pertaining to the game itself, and not for insulting and harassing others. Make sure to mute and report people if it's clear that they won't stop misbehaving.

Is it unfortunate? Yes. Could it have been avoided? Yes. Is it deserved? Yes.

How long ago was your 14 day ban? It would have mentioned that any further negative behavior would result in this, and this game definitely contains quite a bit of flaming and harassment.

to preface, the kayn was on other team and i was talking in team chat, so i wasn't really commenting on any of my teams playstyle

Overall, though not as bad as some other logs, you were still somewhat toxic. You kept on trying to give up, asking your team to FF constantly, calling your teammates trash, etc.

Because you received a 14-day ban, you should have been warned that you were on thin ice. This means that even so much as calling someone stupid can warrant a ban.

You most likely aren’t going to get this ban overturned, as Riot only overturns bans that were done by mistake.

This doesn't deserve a permaban.

Riot's system is bad and needs to be overhauled. Aside from calling someone an "idiot" one time, you didn't use any racial slurs, you didn't use any other profanity, you didn't tell someone to kill themselves, you didn't run it down and int.

Riot needs to change their system so that games like these don't result in permabans of someone's entire account.

the end of game "sorry for being toxic, I'm a nice person" is only gonna come from someone worried what they said is gonna get them punished

Your question regarding your permanent ban have been answered: if you're rude/toxic following a 2-week ban (which based on your match history, was on 1/29) then you will be permanently banned. You were told this would happen when you received your 2-week ban.
