Dodging and punishment?

I understand dodging, it sucks. But do you guys honestly believe I should have to wait an extra 6 minutes because I dodged an obvious shitstick game? When your ADC picks soraka and your jungle is Sona, you just leave. I know raka can AD (sometimes if you're good I guess)? But as to go as far as replace adc with Raka and then have our jungle be Sona? I don't think I should deserve a timer for leaving the match. There should be something implemented to pick out people who dodge every other game or games they dislike, but something that recognizes when champions lock in, in their respected role. So if a Bot person picks a support and the jungle picks a support or your support picks an adc because he wanted bot some stupid crap, we've all seen it. It happens, rarely granted. But still something as simple as purposely picking a champion to play him the unintended way and seeing that picked, when a person dodges they shouldn't get any punishment. If people wanna do AD raka, or all damage leona, or AP ashe etc, you do that with teams. You don't risk a game, and everyone elses time to experiment or to troll role. Its ridiculous.

Personally I think the penalty should be even longer. There's simply too much of it out there 6 minutes isn't enough.

Yeah I'm also torn, the report player before is a good a idea, but you shouldn't report until proven guilty type deal you know..? So reporting is only useful after the fact, there should be a different system in place before this needs to happen.
