my account was suspended for 3rd party programs and I never have used them in my life Im b3 with 14lp so if a rioter could help me that would be great please and thankyou .

Same thing happened to me in january, I received an email out of a sudden saying Im banned for using 3rd party programs, I have contacted the support team 3 times since then and they said "In situations like this, we only take action against accounts when we are absolutely sure of our evidence.", when I asked him for proof he said "To protect the integrity of our investigative methods, I will not be sharing more detailed evidence or specific details.". Thats a lot of bs because they cant have proof for something I havent done, thats the reason why they wont show it to me, how would them showing proof that I hack even compromise their integrity anyway, it makes no sense...

Same here, i get banned my account for no reason and proof. i never used what they call is 3rd party programs.
