I think I might get it and you'll certainly correct me if I'm wrong.

This community is dependent on trolls. League needs trolls to fuel the flames of justice. Those who report and follow the rules are seen as heroes whilst the weak are fed to the trolls being lumped in with the impure. I fought in the great troll wars and battled with these vial creatures only to come home to ruins, my account got banned. I spent much of my wages to don different wardrobes, play multiple heroes and save 7 rune pages leaving my new account to feel bare. I have to say though that being banned from league of legends really did work out for the community as I certainly think twice about saying something even to the worst of trolls. Now I'm a social justice warrior! Ban all the trolls and anyone who interacts with them, Riot knows what they are doing and we must obey our ruler.

Okay, be honest. How old are you, and how long have you been on the Internet?

This may seem like a douchey and fake thing to say, but I'm 100% sincere in the question. I ask because "Don't feed the trolls" has been the golden rule of the Internet since dial-up, but more and more people seem to simply not understand the concept, and I'm trying to figure out if it's a generational issue.

If you think you're somehow helping the community by flaming trolls, you're dead wrong. You're rewarding the trolls by doing this, hurting everybody, most of all yourself. Please stop doing it.

Arent reports anonymous? How are they seen as heroes? We dont even know who reports what. Some people just report everyone every game cuz theyre petty assholes. I guess theyre seen as heroes in your mind? Idk. Your logic baffles me. The game NEEDS trolls lmao... what a dumb thought honestly.

I prefer reality. Game loses players due to constant toxicity. Game makes rules against toxicity to salvage playerbase. I learn rules of video game. I follow rules of video game so i can play video game. Besides, everyone knows flaming trolls is like a reward to them. Why would you flame them? Anyways, glad you finally figured things out. Ignorance often results in bans.
