How is it i get permantly banned for trying to tell teammates they're trolling/or telling them they're doing bad and to do better? i've been muted for swearing and arguing, but that shouldnt mean i get reported for things like this. so because i've been muted i should have to be the most polite person who never communicates with other players when they're doing poorly?

Because you didn’t heed the warnings in your prior chat restrictions and punishments that you would continue receiving longer and more severe punishments if you didn’t improve.

You are not allowed to flame and belittle your teammates for 20+ minutes just because you don’t like them, they’re playing bad, or they’re trolling.

This is all I needed to see to know that it's been earned. I understand that you don't think this is very serious, but severity of insult is not really a factor on these decisions. The fact is, you bothered to type into chat and insult your teammate. There is nothing to gain by doing that; it's an entirely negative action. Entirely negative actions earn bans.

You were an asshole and while spelling and grammar are important game time isn't the time for that lesson. You also didn't capitalize the start of your sentences nor did you use proper endings such as periods, exclamations, question marks etc.

Ban deserved.
