Banned for MMR Boosting

3 days ago I spent a whole day playing league and had an overall win ratio of 50% but my MMR was high enough to gain more LP than I lost therefore I had a slow climb. Finished the day at 99 LP and since it was nearly 4 am I decided to go to sleep. When I woke up I launched league like I always do but instead decided to play some other games due to not feeling league yet. Sometime in the middle of the day my league makes a noise and I click on it to find out I was logged out. Confused i log back in getting greeted by a Player Banned message. First time in my history of league I saw that and panicked thinking what did I do. Was I too toxic? The only question that went to my head. I check my email where I see one titled "MMR Boosting Suspension". I start to laugh due to me knowing for a fact that no one ever played on my account other than me so I submit a riot support ticket to quickly get unbanned for something I wasn't a part of. 2 days later (yesterday) I get a response saying that I am still banned after an extensive investigation. What?? What can I do to prove that I am innocent? Do you want me to tell you what happened in each game? What do I do? I despise boosters and always report them if spotted but me getting banned for it was just funny to me. Seriously, what can I do since Riot Support just basically had an automated response saying "you were banned for MMR Boosting cause you MMR boosted". Help

Not quite sure what got the account flagged. However, looking through the Match History of the account I did see something a bit odd.

During the week the account plays random champs and roles, but on the weekends there's long streaks of one champ only (unless the champ is banned that game). The only time the pattern breaks is during the summer, when the streaks primarily land on a Wednesday, and then it goes back to weekends once September comes around.

I get bored of champs very easily and I like to play a champ lots when I find them fun. I have proof for this from my university league of legends teammates who say that I am the most diverse player. I can play every role decently and every now and then I pop off.

It's just a bit strange that the streaks are scheduled is all. With win streaks on a single champ happening in a scheduled manner, it looks a bit like meeting up with someone or them coming over to play on the account weekly.

Never noticed that they even seem like they are scheduled. What champ are most of my streaks with?

It's almost always Sunday. Except in the summer when it's on Wednesday. LMAO.

Not a specific champ, but mostly mid/jg. Wukong, Fizz, Kayn, Zac are among them depending on the meta when the game was played.

Wukong- Smashed me one game and I decided to use the same lethality build to win some easy games. Was fun but stopped cause got bored. Lol Fizz- Literally my main so I don't know about that. I got over 100k mastery points on him and I absolutely love that champ. Kayn- When he came out I really enjoyed playing as Red Kayn cause he was difficult to kill. Easy to play. And could carry. This champ got me to Plat in the first place and i would play him if he was a bit more op in the current meta. Zac- Hmm I haven't played Zac for a while. Played him much around the Tank update I think but he is way too out of meta to play him atm and also I enjoy other junglers atm such as Kindred.

Ultimately I have no sway in the account's ban. I am simply discussing what was there when I glanced through the match history. Riot has other metrics they use to find out if someone else is on the account. They can track champ position, keybinds, and warding trends, among other things.

The best way to discuss the ban is through player support. It's their decision.

There have been false -positives and thus unbans in the past. It wouldn't be the first account.

If that's indeed the case then ask them for another review of the account. I can see there's a lot of time on the account so if it's not boosted it's a shame to lose it.

Meh, might just quit because of this.

You're level 49 and haven't experienced a remake?

It was a three-minute game. The enemy MF didn't load in, so her team got an early "surrender" vote to re-make the game. no win, no loss. What did YOU think it was?

Been gone for 2 years so I googled what it was a moment ago. It's nice they did that.

How often do remakes happen? They have quite a few. No I don't play ranked yet.

Ah, gotcha.

They're not super common, but just like when you get people dodging out of champ select 4-5 times in a row, they can be streaky, especially after patches. OP is on EUNE as well, I wouldn't be surprised if they're more frequent over there.

That's around the day when I bought Sejuani and wanted to try her out. Also I was autofilled to jungle but after the remake I had autofill protection so I didn't queue as jungle therefore not playing her later

If you got an automated response, you're going to have to keep trying till you get an actual person to resopnd. But be warned, they usually don't care as much as you do. Make sure to be as logical as possible about it.

Those responses arent automated, they are just prewritten. As in, support person checks his ticket, then respond to it with one of prewritten texts. If you were working as support staff with thousands of tickets daily would you type same answer every time, or would u type it once and then just copy/paste it? When it comes to MMR boosting, if they are sure its correct ban, they will always give same response.

Tried to continue fighting my case but the support Rioter couldn't me more useless than he was tbh. Meh I tried, but Riot doesn't care feels bad man
