Riot refuses to tell me why I am banned

Hello everyone, I got permanently banned by Riot getting a message that I was banned due to using third party programs. So I already sent a ticked and asked the support to explain the situation and cutting the story short: The ONLY detail I got on my 4 years account is this: ''This account directly gained unfair advantages in-game against others''. I don't care about getting my account back anymore but at least I should know why did I get this ban. Riot support refuses to tell me even a time span on when I got that advantage or what program caused it. So if anyone knows why it would be great to help.

I don't care about getting my account back anymore but at least I should know why did I get this ban.

My perma-ban caught me completely off guard but I wouldn't even mind if they at least explained the way they used to.

I don't even know what caused this and surely I didn't use any hacking or scripting programs. I just want some clarification like a date or the program caused it.

You got banned for third party program use. Likely one of these things happened:

Share of account.
Use of internet cafe/multiple pcs.
Use of malicious software.

They never tell the reason because knowing what program triggered it could make it more difficult for them to catch people in the future. Imagine, software developers knowing exactly what got then caught and as such being able to modify it to make it unrecognizable by Riot's sweepers.

If you got banned and was told again that it was justified, Riot made a second sweep over your account. Sorry to say, but it seems you're guilty.

If you want the reason so badly, think back and consider what you've done with your account.

Well I do know what is on my computer and these are just normal programs but if one of them caused the ban I would like to know.

@Twizzerz I don't think you get the idea here, but first of all internet cafe doesn't get you a ban, I have tons of friends that use internet cafes for years and no one ever got a ban, sharing of account gets a boosting ban not a third party one. Second I think people use only one program for cheating, so if they get the ban they already know that this program triggered it, and judging by your words MKjogo would have been updated and unrecognized by now.

@disregardable maybe I deleted some old patch files to save some space but the game worked normally and I usually repair the game as a precaution so I don't think that was the reason. @Nik Nikerson In that case some people will get banned without knowing that these programs get them banned like what happened to me.
