so this is awks af. so from start to finish it was banter lol.

  1. "name" mad that bad or bad that mad is a basic insult for me; it's completely empty. (bad that mad is an inside joke but u get it. "you're so mad that you do bad.")
  2. i never even lagged it was a joke. rip in piece?
  3. faze actually was trash outside of the qs community on cod mw2. (aside from a few lucky breaks on a couple competitive matches)
  4. alot of people play league. 300k on an off day. just another empty insult. (only counting NA i can careless about any other server.)
  5. i didn't lag i was just shit talking. (banter? is what people call it i guess)
  6. i doubt the people i was playing with were actually plat or higher.
  7. i'm actually sober off weed lol?
  8. there was never a karthus.
  9. karthus was a trash scripter.
  10. games not actually trash its just another empty insult.
  11. i never even report people for being afk or being toxic as i just aram.

this is basically a ban appeal. can i notify the people that were in this game? want them to read this lOL.

ok so since yall decided to read all that imma give u a run down of what i do to deserve this. I been reported plenty times with proof. I never got banned bcos of how I actually insult a person and the way i go about it. Never have i ever been banned for such basic chat.this isn't even the close to the worst of it i'm surprised i got banned and had to write this [i've said way worse to way nicer people and gotten reported for it] (i've been warned for afk which is what i did prior to this but ok i accept that lol.) I realise i'm boderline toxic. but top streamers call it "banter" which is what I did even before i knew what it was called (just adding a lil spice to some asian fried rice mate). it's just to spice up the game a bit. yall over there who read through game chats to see if a person actually is toxic should go thru my chats from any and every game u want and you will realise i'm exactly what i say i am.

p.s. i'm sorry p.s.s. yes but no hate speech. the hate speech used now was just me saying it too much irl so i instinctively used it in game.

Hate speech is not a joke and is never banter. Those N and F words you used are not appropriate in League, ever.

I'd say in a personal situation where you know everyone, it's perfectly fine to say anything you want.

When you're in a situation where you don't know people you should tone it down.

Just because you're not saying something super offensive to someone's face, doesn't mean that using that offensive language to make jokes and make light of a serious issue for a lot of people is okay behind doors.

Honestly, making light of it is still really problematic. Words matter because they come from and represent decades and centuries of blood, sweat, and tears of oppressed people.

We get that you're not calling a gay person the F word because you hate them for being gay. But when you use it synonymously with "idiot" "loser" etc etc like it's not even a big deal... it contributes to a collective (sometimes subconscious) attitude that gay people are somehow less than equal.

The same can be said for other slurs.

But this thread is not the platform for this debate. I've said my piece and I'll not derail the thread further.

this was a good argument to what i was going to say and what i said, however.

Comedy has always been a grey area for these kinds of issues. It's always been a risk to make a joke at the expense of others. There are no jokes that don't offend someone somewhere. Part of a comedian's job is to choose his audience wisely. That being said, I see no humor in using slurs. Some people do, but I just don't understand why. To me, a joke is a clever rebuttal or a play on words. Not saying "Buttmuncher" in public like a 5 year old and laughing about it.

Escalating punishments. Each punishment is worse than the last. After a two week ban, the next step is a permanent ban, even for a minor offense. When you demonstrate that you're not going to correct your behavior, Riot pulls out the banhammer.

Riot considers that to be hate speech. Always good for at least a two week ban, if someone reports you.

I'm sure you've heard how the word is shared meaning with a bundle of sticks.

Back in medeival times Europe would burn witches at the stake. The same treatment was given to gay men; however gays were considered so subhuman that they weren't deemed worthy of a stake, instead being burnt alive on a bundle of sticks.

Hello sir I am black, and I can’t go on league and start saying “%%%%%%” even if I do it IRL (I don’t but I could I guess) that logic is hugely flawed. I promise you riot will ban me if I use that word referring to my self or someone else 100% I’d be banned. Why cuz that’s exactly what my smurf got banned for 4 years ago. Don’t do it. Don't shoot the messenger. It's Riot's policy. Any use of those two words (and others they see as hate speech) are not acceptable by Riot's standards. If you got away with them before, it's just because no one reported you.
