Banned for Suspected use of malicious programs.

So, i got on this morning to play a few games of aram, to find out im banned. I check my email and they state its a ban from using malicious 3rd party programs. But heres the thing i put a ticket in a week ago with proof of a user who had hacked me and had been using my account roughly 2 months now.

I finally gained control of my account to be banned for something i had not done. In their defence they say i was using/abusing a exploit in there system even though they refuse to tell me on how i did this. But if i was exploiting wouldnt you expect me to be Gold+ rank not b3 promos with the past 2 games lost.

Even tho i had given them proof of the user who had used my account im still held accountable for their actions. Mind you, a ticket was created and replied to saying they will take it from there. But taking it from there seemed to get me banned.

Heres a catch, i have 3 different accounts, my main gets banned, but my others dont, yet i play all 3 the same way.
