I wanted to write a long response, explaining to you what in your chat log was flaming and why. But reading through it and reading your responses in this thread I can see that you are just not capable of realising that you were flaming.

You blame your allies, you talk disrespectfuly about Riot employee's and you are just being obnoxious.

If you yourself don't see how you are being toxic, I don't know how anyone can explain it to you.

asking to get banned? ✔️ disrupting the game for no reason? ✔️ unnecessary spam? ✔️ harassing others? ✔️ insist on trying to prove a dumb point over and over again? ✔️ looking for a verbal fight? ✔️ too much typing for no reason that makes it a hassle for everyone? ✔️ bad use of sarcasm to hide passive aggressiveness? ✔️

Yup seems like you did a lot of things that fall under verbal abuse and negative attitude. So yes, this is worthy of a permaban assuming you've escalated to that level.

I just want to let everyone know riot is refusing to allow me to talk about the guy who threatin to get me ban off the game they wont allow me to put his gamer tag they said im name shaming the guy whos gamertag that ends in phaggot but i wont name shame his gamer tag thats not his full gamertag just an example of what riot allows you to make ill just talk about the part that’s offensive to everyone in the game an if you say his gamertag they ban you for it

Did you have a 14 day temp ban before this punishment (and I mean at any point before this punishment, regardless of how long ago it was)?
