Permanently suspended? got no mails or warnings!

Hello AeroWaffle!

I cant find anything about a banyear im afried. there is only a chat box saying "Player Banned This account has been permanantly suspended. please check the email adress assoiceted with your league of legends account for additional details."

What happens when you log into the client? Press the ok button on the little message and should pop up with something.

Be sure to check the spam and junk folders of your email account, as sometimes the emails are sent there by mistake.

Riot Support does suspend accounts if there is a question regarding whether an account has been compromised, or if there are chargeback issues or things of that nature.

Try to be patient with Support while waiting for their reply to your ticket. If you submit a duplicate ticket, it can lead to your request being dropped back to the end of the line. It may take them a day or so, but they will respond to your question letting you know what has caused this suspension. Best of luck, and hope it can be resolved quickly for you.

I created this thread for some insight of maybe other people had the same issue.

Responces from the support team usually come around 6-8pm the next day. That's ATM, I just had my issue resolved with them. Sorry to say, you won't be getting your account back. They're extremely adament about it.

Best you can do really is be patient. Like I said, if it was just a suspension and not an actual ban they can clear it up for you.

Just don't bump the ticket or create new ones, it'll send you to the back of the que and make it take longer for them to get to the matter. Response times vary depending on how many tickets they have at any time. It usually takes them a day at the quickest to get a non-copy pasted answer. The copy paste is like their way of saying "Hey we saw your ticket we're not ignoring you."

No. The TOS basically say that "You only own the account as long as you don't break the summoner's code." So its giving money at your own risk, like going to a casino. Do you go "I didn't win, give money back plox" , when the casino states there is only a "chance of winning"

If its written somewhere you cannot argue back, the problem is that people don't read the TOS (Terms of Service) and make these threads... As for me? I got "chat restricted" in 2012 before the season ended... I was silver,.. didn't get the banner even though It was my first ban ever, nope, you get no season rewards. I've spent 0 dollars on this game since December 2012.

Why? I didn't get an email or chat logs and customer support sucks. (at least back then) So I said "I'm not gonna sponsor this." Instead I gave my money to SMITE XD
