Hey Purist,
I wanna discuss some serious incidents in league of legends and the abuse of the system that riot provides inside the game.I would love to read all of these please if possible cause i would love to solve this with you :*
These years i am one of the supportive players, taking honors , providing feedback to most of the players, trying to help newbies with tactics and builds, honoring the code you provide in the page by 90 % cause some times chatting is inevitable to bring the best results in the surface.
So,in short, these 2 years after i stopped playing Ranked i did not have any issues at all with chat behavior or so. I started playing only Aram cause players there are having fun and they also use chat to troll and say funny things while we were playing.
--- For instance: enemy team is losing / winning ---> we were using chat(without knowing each other) and we were making fun of us with inappropriate words for fun --> which was leading to end with a "ahahahahha" in the end.
Before 1 month or so i started again to play some ranked, hoping that i will not use chat again and lead somehow the bad games.What i learnt is that:
- I tried to /mute all cause at the 60 to 70% percent negative chat was taking place(blaming the lanes were feeding, writing down about cancer ,aids, your family dies etc ,, you already know about all these)
Apparently it did not work cause i know that when i m about to play ranked i wanna test my skills and try to win the game.
2.premades wanted to report me before game in 3 vs 3 cause they were playing pick like soraka in lane which tends to do nothing after mid game... i got trolled . told them that they can do whatever they want. i was recording these games to have them watched later to see if i was mad. by my view i was losing time . games. and and the passion to play ranked again that painted me a sad face :(
3.This year was so bad for me in league of legends...And for this i partially blame you.Not only you.
This is a place to relax ourselves. I am 30 and i do not know why i am still playing league.here are the reasons why:
a. Racism and negativity to my Country--- Greece ---- Hellas!
-- I keep adding ppl i liked to play with .also they kept adding me, and when they were asking me where i m from they were simply deleting me with the quote "we gonna buy your country in some years" "you should wash my car" "you suck and your country needs to die"
-- Writing down to die from cancer... they think its viral to use this phrase . i dont! i have lost beloved ones from this.
--Greek players stopped using their language cause they felt ashamed...before 2 years if we met each other we were saluting each other in greek /all chat or no. It feels so bad when politics is going so deep in gaming...
--I tried to fix it by chatting that this is game and stop getting manipulating by your countries. No fix
My conclusion to this : I lost respect to that cause i try to be a fighter in real life and no hide behind a keyboard and wear a politics mask .
b.Supporting and honoring the good ones.
Apparently i was one of them doing that and i wanted to honor and invite enemy players to play with.
you stopped giving me the opportunity to act so..(Remember i am here from Season ! )
Yeah i admit i could be some times negative in chat but never without any humor with most of the cases created a funny atmosphere overall. In ranked no...and in one game i have a forgotten darius playing top who said that will report me cause i was helping mid bot jungle as support with fiddle and a chat restriction for 10 games came !!! yay!We lost the game which is fine but we were playing worse than bots...
It is so bad that you play with passion after these years , you are fixing your attitude , you behave and you get rewarded for this and after 2-3 games you get chat restriction cause of some pre made team or so.
It was the first time i climbed to plat 2 and now i lost honor starts which i already have them months now, i was keep taking keys from honors etc
Now, no rewards which leads me to this after some thoughts since there is no chat to handle with
- i am thinking to delete the account(you tell me or suggest me)
2.i am thinking to chat this through with you and find a better way to play modes i like but improve the stability of the my gaming(you tell me or suggest me)
- i am not mad at all. you can not fix how people react but before i get chat restriction you could easily send me my chat logs and see what happened to explain myself if it is real or so.. cause getting spammed. getting a punch of racism while i am contributing to your game for some many years , i think it is not fair at this Time.
--Previous .old tickets had a point and i did not say anything cause i deserved that.
But it is so funny that i got chat restricted after 2 years at the same date 1.11.16 ---- 1.11.18
I stopped playing after that (i only played to have the chat restriction removed) but now my honors stats are locked and it is done. no rewards for all this kind effort from me that it happened by itself. i did not push it. it was me just me.. i have around 100 or so friends in from all over europe i think and they were expecting me to play with all modes. I think that means something.
If you may consider all of these i would love to talk this through and i would love to have back my honor 5 level and get the rewards from the season cause i was about to play solo/duo as well and 3 v 3 but at this moment i dont feel like entering the game at all.
You may think that these do not matter but playing league was 1 way to relax myself from anxiety and pressure of each day/ month / situations personal or not.I am all yours if you really wanna solve this through.
And something last--- i saw while i was waiting these days which i do not mind( we are all busy at some points ) that the case was solved---- nope it is not.
Since we can meet to a nice closure i ll be waiting for you to talk this through.

Hello there,
Purist's not around at the moment so I'll be taking over your case.
I must say, I'm impressed to see such an enthusiastic player who's been in this game ever since season 1.
I completely understand having the need to play a casual game mode after going through a negative experience in the game. After all, we're all human and a break from time to time is for the best.
Regarding your actual concerns, well, allow me to start with the Chat restrictions.
First of all, every single game of the ones you received in your reform card as a punished game is a legitimately placed game.
Allow me to explain why. So, the chat feature in League of Legends, is a tool for communicating with your team in order to achieve victory and cement teamwork. That indeed, does require the occasional meme and joke true, however that is not why you got restricted.
You got chat restricted because the behavior displayed in those games was not something that we'd ever want in our community. I fully understand that sometimes your teammates/enemies can be obnoxious or straight up toxic, however that doesn't give any player the right to retaliate in the same manner, especially when we implemented tools for our players to deal with that toxicity.
Here are some bits of your chatlog that I'm talking about.

I also noticed that you said you used some inappropriate comments as banter in ARAM, well, consider the fact that there are other players that are in the game and they may not be on board with your type of humor. If any of those players report you for your inappropriate comments, you will get punished as we aim to have a sportsmanlike and clean environment for everybody. The games' PG 13 after all.
Back on the topic of the toxicity displayed by the other players, I did mention that you have all the tools in the game to deal with that. With that in mind, I do encourage you to mute toxic players and report them at the end of the game. As a player myself, I fully understand the frustration of having a teammate who's not exactly adept at the game or role he's playing and I fully understand the need to vent out some frustration. In-game chat is not the place to do it though. I suggest that after a frustrating game you take a break and clear your mental state.
And I know what you may be thinking at this point in the ticket, reporting them never does anything, well... I'm sorry you think we're doing nothing - but the truth is, you wouldn't know that and that's normal because we maintain discretion in our actions, particularly regarding disciplinary measures applied on other players accounts and that's mostly due to privacy concerns.
So, whenever you're in a game struggling against Intentional feeders, toxic players, scripters, botters, bought accounts - rest assured that we are all around you like an invisible hand, tagging player accounts and taking measures. Our bans may not always happen right away because it takes time to investigate - and that's also something we depend on you for, since we need your reports in order to get the tracking data to do proper individual investigations**
