Hi riot games my account (MaDDGinGe) has been banned for over a year now and i wish to have it back as i have spent a decent amount of money on it and i believe i am reformed as i have changed a lot over this time and i have not played the game since and i wish to get back into it. Thank You

You haven't played since then and yet somehow have reformed? Also the amount of money you spend on the account does not matter.
Never gonna happen and your not the only one. Reason being, they made money off you and hope you spend more money on your new account. Sad but this is reality. This infuriates a lot of people btw. Srry to hear your situation.
