Automated Punishing system

I think having an automated system reviewing your games and reports to punish you is a little ridiculous. I recently received a chat ban and I reviewed the chats and by the looking through chats I went to go search for the game I was in in my match history because I didn't remember saying any of that. I searched through my history to find that the game was not even there anymore. It was so long ago I don't remember and neither does my match history. Worst part was it wasn't even that bad. I think that is a little ridiculous the system pulled a game from over 15 games ago maybe more to find this and use towards my punishment.
