Perma-Ban

Hello riot, http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/submit# It has been nearly 2 months since last playing on my main account. I was unfortunately permanently banned for my disrespectful actions. I wanted to ask if this ban could be lifted and I if I could be rewarded with 1 more chance. I realized how foul I have been on League and I promise to change my ways towards others in the game. I know this might be a lot to ask for but I ask for you to take inconsideration my changes which I promised for and give me just 1 more chance.

A permanent ban means it is permanent, not 1 month, 2 months, a year or whatever time range you think it should be.

A few years ago Riot rewarded certain players with their lift on their perma-ban. It was a big commotion and a lot of people were happy, problem is around 95% of those players went back to old ways and got teh accounts banned again so riot has little to no faith in players acttually reforming unless strict punishments are applied.
