I have been banned and its NOT my fault

I was playing LoL as normal but my friend say give me your acc wanna try something!But i thought why so I said NO dumb ass i can be banned for sharing a acc.So i just logged out the next day i coudnt log in but i was to lazy to change password because i had to move.And i moved and had no WiFi(My parents had finacial problems).So is was 2Months witout WiFi.but when i had wifi and i tried to log in,I coudnt log in,So i changed my password and i saw i was banned,so i checket my email and saw in the history this,

1Riot mail(Verify your acc) 2Riot mail(You have been logged in on a other location) 3Riot mail the shocking 1(You have been banned until 9001)

I thought for what am i perma banned?I maybe flaming but i searcht it and i was banned for scripting.My friends say you can be unbanned by sending a ticket but its a very very very small chance.When i clict on my tickets....I saw something shocking THE HACKER HAS SENDED 3 TICKETS!!!!Before i had my acc back.So i checket how he could have Cracket/Hacket my acc.I think then i knew someone hacket my G-mail an year ago.My G-mail had the same password as my old LoL acc password(All my Passwords are changed by now Inc my LoL acc).So i sended a ticket about my hacket account.But they didnt believe me and senden me Copy-Paste awnsers When i placed more comments they day Go to the other ticket(from the hacker/cracker).Because of THAT ticket they dont believe me anymore.Now im mad because they stole my acc where i spend 20euros on it(Its a lot because of my families financial problems).And i wasted time on it instead of working,because i Like this game A LOT and play it with my friends to.I hope RIOT see this and give me a shorter ban(like 1 year or shorter)and doesnt give me a Copy-Pate awnser.And some tips for the security of LoL:1Have some security question that only the real owner can awnser(Like Apple-ID security).2Everytime someone logged in on a other IP they need a Code that the player gets when the acc is made(Trove).3Let the player sets an temporary Deactivation of the account if he/she needs to move or goes to an vacation(Trove).Some of the Tips can be usless(By trove the hacker activated my acc and let me got banned from Trove i already got my acc back)
