I play as a adc and I know if my team feeds assassins we loses because a fed assassin vs a fed adc doesn't go well for the adc, so when they do feed I just say gg to other team and just stop carrying about the game, and just fk around after that. Is that toxic or no? Some of the teams i go on when I say gg to other team they say im toxic, most of the time they say im bad, when I was only person doing good in game

Toxic as all hell. When you queue up, you agree to give it your all for as long as it takes. If you can't get a surrender vote, you're obligated to keep going.

Position better so he can't get to you, then go in on him after he used his CDs.
Get defensive items such as GA, blood thirster, deaths dance, and phantom dancer.
Have some foresight and get overheal and maybe bone plating and maybe even barrier or exhaust.
Trust your team and ask them to peel for you and ask them to get a Locket of Solari.
You are in diamond, so play like one and problem solve like one.
