Can someone explain to me what I did wrong?

I was reported and given a chat ban because of this game, and I don't understand what I did wrong. We had a Kassaddin who started feeding on purpose, even admitted in chat he was feeding on purpose yet I'm the one who gets punished. It seems like anyone can report anyone for anything and the person reported will be given a penalty which makes me really scared to put any money into my account if I'm just going to get banned for no reason. I'm assuming it was the enemy Kassaadin who reported me because he knew I was going to report him for feeding... so one person reports me for no reason and I get a penalty?

Ok, this is one of those cases where there might be a false positive in the system.

Go to support.riotgames.com and open a ticket for a suspension in error. You will probably get an automated answer the first time, answer to that and you might actually get somebody that reads your case.

Are you sure that's the entire chat log? Unless they are muting people for claiming to report now I'm not sure.

Technically asking for reports is against the rules so what I assume is that you are a relatively new player whose played games are low so the ratio to reports to played games triggered the system, or you are toxic in other games and the kass who reported you was the straw that broke the camels back.

Personally I don't think these logs are bad enough to warrant even a warning.

This is the entire chat log... I didn't cut anything. And I wasn't asking the other team to report Kass, I was asking my own team if we were going to report Kass? If I can get a penalty for that something seriously needs to be changed.. How does this system even work? I thought real life people looked at people's report cases and judged if a penalty should be issued or not. But it seems like any premade group can decide to report someone on their team they dont like for any reason... and they get penalty for it..
