Is anyone elses honor stuck at lvl 2 indefinitely?

This will probably never be seen and that sucks but I am writing this because I have had enough. After many games since the rework of the honor system, I have consistently been honored and rewarded with more key fragments than I can handle at that. Each time it tells me a little tidbit like 69% of my honors are GG <3 or that I have 10% MORE THAN THE AVERAGE PLAYER! in honors so what gives? I get key fragment after key fragment but no flair, no leveling up and this has been stuck since the dawn of the new system so it is not just an "it takes a while" thing. I try to be as nice [sg-ahri-2] as I can and have had no disciplinary action so I'm really lost as to why other people are leveling up their honor while I can't this sucks.[sg-janna] Any input would be helpful.

Earning key frags is just one of the rewards you are qualified for when you are honor1+.

It is in no way shape or form an indication of how well you are doing in regards to the progress of honors. Anyone in h1+ can earn up to 12 keys per month.

Honors progression is more tied to whether you are getting validly reported. When you do get validly reported, it puts your honors progress to a screeching halt.

If you aren't progressing in honors, I'd avoid things you can get reported for mild toxicity, such as;

asking / threatening for reports
defeatist attitude (e.g. gg I'm done, only afk farm)
shaming
skill - calling someone noob or bad
rank - calling someone a bronze
age - calling someone a kid
kda - you 1/11 stfu

There are several threads about people wondering about being stuck in a specific honor level.

Games are rated in terms of toxicity and if you're just minorly toxic but not enough to get punished, you're slowing down your own progress. You have to have neutral and positive games to progress in honor. If you have slightly negative, you'll be at a stand still. If you have negative to really negative games, you will get punished and go down the honor ladder.

Just watch what you say to people and don't int, troll, or anything else that is toxic and you will get out of honor 2. Don't be sarcastic, don't be insulting, don't be condescending, don't argue, etc... and you'll get there eventually.
