Threatening Should Be Bannable

Hey Guys,

So today I wanted to play a quick game and while we were picking our champions I've found something that I think shouldn't belong in LoL. There was this one person who said he would troll if he wouldn't get his role and I really don't understand why this is normal or 'not bannable'. I think this is very annoying and people who force you to give them a role even tho it has been picked fairly should be banned or at least punished!

Example: Clikc This For The Image <------- most anoyying dude threatening for troll if he doesn't gets mid -_-

thans guys have a nice day!!

That kind of behavior is already punishable.

The issue is that pre/post chat behavior is not scanned as far as I know, so it will rely on a manual review.

Report them after the game ends and mention why ("In pregame chat threatened to troll if they didn't get the role they demanded"). If there was a dodge, open up a support ticket with the same sort of description to report them (attach a link to the image to help out).

I would recommend you remove the image from post though since it does break board rules to call out people by their name for their behavior in game. Forum moderators and users don't have the power to ban them and it just promotes witch-hunting.

Threating to feed is punishable by normal standards. IRL threats are grounds for escalated punishment. Escalated punishment means to jump right to a 14 day ban even with zero chat restrictions prior or permaban if you already have a few chat restrictions or worse. An IRL threat would be along the lines of ying they are going to harm you or someone around you physically.

Don't give in to their demands, and then if they actually do troll, report them for that.

More likely they will dodge, which has its own punishment.
