sooo today I got permaband for being toxic (can understand it) because I flamed a lot in this particular game but the problem is that I never got any punishment before. Is it normal that players get banned without ever having a ban pr something else before? Iam not saying that iam always a friendly player but I am not that bad that a permaban is legit.
oSEXYPLATYPUSo2 votesyou dont have to go through the difference levels of punishment... if they deem your behavior bad enough you can go straight to perma ban. you dont have to have a warning... nor deserve one... you should know better.
oh and the warning is the TOS and SUMMONERS CODE you agree to when you downloaded the game... if you violate any of that they can perma ban you.
but would love to see the chat logs from the game to see just how toxic you were

Sukishoo1 votesDepends on what was said, but usually a permaban as the first ban is brought on by things that Riot has Zero Tolerance for such as Hate speech, racism, ect.

It is possible to skip one or more punishment tiers, depending on one's behavior.

Did you deserve it ? its not for me to judge sadly what you did was wrong and by "wrong " i mean RLY FUCKING WRONG but its unusal to get permabanned just for this as i had seen worse things said in chat and people did not get punished at all, you can make a ticket to Riot Support and they may tell you more

GoleBilon2 votesfrom my experience dont get your hopes to high its rly unlikely they will reverse your ban , and by unlikely i mean like 99,9 % but its free to try and maybe it was their mistake.
Other than that if you consider leveling up new account just a friendly advice : you shouldnt care about others in your games, yea we will meet trolls , inters , toxic players and people who dont try hard and make you loose. But flaming them means nothing , yea its nice to vent emotions but its better to just straight focus on your gameplay, you wont make them stop so ty to learn smth from every game and play your best , this way at least you will improve fastly and those L's that were not your fault wont matter in a long run

IN cases of toxicity such as your's the chances of being unpunished are extremely low My guess is in addition to this example of hate speech/harassment/general negative vibe you have a history of similar behavior. However, best of luck with the support ticket. Let us know if anything comes of it
No flash no life1 votesDoesn't usually happen unless you take things to the extreme, but you can't say there was no warning since ToS would prompt before you get to log into your account even if you didn't read them on the website.
