sooo today I got permaband for being toxic (can understand it) because I flamed a lot in this particular game but the problem is that I never got any punishment before. Is it normal that players get banned without ever having a ban pr something else before? Iam not saying that iam always a friendly player but I am not that bad that a permaban is legit.
you dont have to go through the difference levels of punishment... if they deem your behavior bad enough you can go straight to perma ban. you dont have to have a warning... nor deserve one... you should know better.
oh and the warning is the TOS and SUMMONERS CODE you agree to when you downloaded the game... if you violate any of that they can perma ban you.
but would love to see the chat logs from the game to see just how toxic you were

Depends on what was said, but usually a permaban as the first ban is brought on by things that Riot has Zero Tolerance for such as Hate speech, racism, ect.
Depending on the severity of the poor behavior, a manual audit can result in a punishment escalation.
If you want us to try and help explain how the decision was made for the punishment you receive, please post a copy of the chat logs sent to you via the reform card/email.
It is possible to skip one or more punishment tiers, depending on one's behavior.

Iam not saying that they should not punish me iam jst wondering that thats already enought for a permanet ban, without having any negativ records
it means you took it way too far and you skipped punishment tiers if you post you chatlogs it would be easier to judge whetver you did smth rly wrong or its a mistake to ban you instantly for what you said.
Doesn't usually happen unless you take things to the extreme, but you can't say there was no warning since ToS would prompt before you get to log into your account even if you didn't read them on the website.
