I think this reverting permabans is a good idea only because some people have payed over 1k usd on a account they cherished and yes i am one of these people but i dont plan on playing league anymore since they baby the players who are toxic in throwing and otherthings as well but if im not able to defend myself the way i chose to like say flame back at the draven top inting. then how will i be able to keep playing the match if i have someone throwing and i cant afk its hard to please all the playerbase but i think doing a revert to players who have been banned for 4 or more years should get the chance to do so i was banned 3 years ago so this isnt for me this is for the game I cherish. I appreciate any input or suggestions to this or any more post because I seem to only find posts from last year

On the 14 day ban it CLEARLY said that the next offense would lead to a perma ban That's their last chance to reform If they don't reform, they lose their account Spending money doesn't give you any special privileges, same rules apply to everyone You can defend yourself easily, just don't break the rules. And just because someone is breaking the rules doesn't give you the right to break the rules

If you wish ti play more, you are allowed to make a new account. But riot doesn't unban justified perma bans

I don't understand how you people get bans. I had this account since 2013 and never been ban on it. It's not that hard to hold your tongue and if a player is afking, inting, throwing, trolling, or whatever, then there is nothing you can do about it except report them after the match. There is no point in getting into a chat argument with people. People have no shame on the internet because people don't know who they are. It's not the same like in real life that people can be shame into behaving.

Did you find something in Riot's store allowing you to break the ToS? No, because such a service is not offered. Regardless of how much money you spend, you are required to follow the same rules as everyone else. If the IFS determines that you've been validly reported in violation of those rules, you'll be punished according to those rules. If you wanted to avoid a punishment, you should've followed the rules.

If you misbehave but a teammate or opponent does or says something even worse, you should definitely report them after the match, just as someone reported you for your own misbehavior. Yes, that's certainly possible. Reports are not a limited resource. Any time someone believes that another player violated LoL's behavioral standards, they can report that player. Punishments are similarly not limited: if more than one player in a game merits a punishment, they can both get a punishment. This can happen even if the players in question were antagonizing each other. The IFS doesn't need to weigh the severity of all reported players' actions and then "award" the "winner" with a punishment; it's not a contest.

Think of it like dealing with a noisy person in a library: ask them to keep it down, and then notify library staff and move to another area if that doesn't work. If you get into a shouting match with them, you're just as likely to be removed, even if you weren't shouting quite as loudly as they were. The goal is a quiet library.

You are certainly allowed to defend yourself from toxic chat, which is accomplished by muting. This is a 100% effective method. Flaming back is a 0% effective method that also constitutes unacceptable behavior and thus opens you up to reports and punishments. Read about this in more detail here.

Your permanent ban was permanent, and it wasn't given in error, so it won't be lifted. It sounds like you still think your toxic behavior was the right thing to do, so lifting your permaban would be a very poor choice.

YOu know, Riot tried such an unban experiment twice. The first experiment resulted in about 95%+ players getting banned again, and by a system that was extremly ineffective at what it was doing.

The second time, Riot didnt release the results (according to my knowledge, that is). However, given that Riot hasnt introduced a way to unban perma'd accounts yet, you can guess the results.

The problem is quite simply, that peoplke toxic enough to get a perma, are simply toxic persons and wont change. Reading your opening post, which seeks to shift blame towards the players who dont want to play with flamers, chances of you getting unbanned should be pretty much zero.

I legit got banned for this, had my 14 day 3 months ago, went up to H LVL 1 Checkpoint 2 becasue i was being an honorable player.
