Lagging Team mates

Now im not sure why but every fun game mode i play my team seems the only one to have "LAGGING" players in fact i had someone say "im lag spikeing really bad so i came to play this game mode". @riot you better start banning people that have this kind of attitude because its ruining the gameplay for others plz do your job thanks. I will also report in-game names if necessary on this post if I have to in order for you to get an idea of how bad NA servers have become.
