Lagging Team mates

Now im not sure why but every fun game mode i play my team seems the only one to have "LAGGING" players in fact i had someone say "im lag spikeing really bad so i came to play this game mode". @riot you better start banning people that have this kind of attitude because its ruining the gameplay for others plz do your job thanks. I will also report in-game names if necessary on this post if I have to in order for you to get an idea of how bad NA servers have become. Thank you and Merry F****** X-mas to all the laggers out there.

sRY TO RE INFORM YOU BUT THE MOST TOXIC PLAYERS ARE THOSE WHO DONT CARE ABOUT WINNING REGARDLESS...sry for caps so if i see you in game i will be sure to report you for name changing just to say that your new =D

So what your saying is regardless of pvp or pve (bots) "IM LAGGING SO I CAME TO PVP INSTEAD OF BOTS" is a legit excuse for a loss and they they shouldnt be reported/banned for ruining a PVP (players vs players) match? plz you need to be reported and banned yourself if that is what you think
