Support refuse to check toxic player

I created 3 tickets for 3 different players with very toxic behaviour
Support close all tickets and says - "WE DO NOT SOLVE REPORTS via SUPPORT TICKETS" (https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/24676394) She said: "je mi líto, ale reporty přes support již neřešíme, prosíme, abys tedy používal nahlašovací tlačítko po zápase v lobby."

My question is how can i send to riot screenshots with extreme toxic players AND what support members do IF THEY REFUSE to check very important issue with toxic player?

In my opinion iam your custommer, i reported players who destroys game, YOU are the support and YOU shoud do something, not only "I DO NOTHING WITH TOXIC PLAYER"

NA CS would forward the report to the behavioral team.

But why would you need to screen shot and report toxicity if you can do it mostly through the post game screen? Riot already has access too all the logs / gameplay, no need to send in additional evidence.

Sending in a support ticket for reports just clogs the system.

"Consistent post-game reports against a player will result in disciplinary action. Reporting a player through the in-game system is the only way to ensure that such a case will face potential punishment; reports sent to Player Support will not count against a player."

They don't handle reports, they only work through the in game client, period. They have made that very clear on their official site.

And in their opinion, which is the one that matters, there is a "REPORT" function built into the game client, which you either use, or you can keep your reports for yourself.

You put it in the report, aka upload it to imgur.com or Gyzao screenshot it and include it in the report near the end
