Appealing Low Priority Queue

This happened to me twice in a row I started a game it went all good until the loading screen for me it was 3 more minutes longer then other players I was still in it and out of no where It just said defeat and my team has remade the game in the 3rd minute I have no idea if something is wrong with my account or if it was only a bug. in the end I got a 20min low priority queue. please look into it riot*[sg-soraka]* ProEdis0n
