There is this hacker everyone needs to know about

Ok basically there is this hacker that tells people to go on a link to vote for something , when u click the link it brings you to a login screen very similar to the login screen to league of legends official website. You log in and nothing happens and I am pretty sure everyone knows what happens from there. On my main account JinxStandForJinx I only clicked and logged into the account because my closest friend told me to click it and vote for him, little do I know he has already hacked into my friends account. Moments later someone logs into my account and ABSOLUTELY NO ONE knows my password so I automatically knew it that my friend has been hacked. I changed my password and everything was back to normal. My friend's name is Mobot123 but he has forgotten his email's password so he cant change it. The hacker doesn't go on his account because he has nothing to gain as of course what could he do on his account? My other friend however fell for the trick as well but he has never verified his account to an email as a result the hacker took control and put it under an uknown email. He isn't too bothered as he barely put any money into the account and rarely plays. But I am pretty sure we could use his account to track the hacker so it doesn't happen to anyone again. His account is called QPRvSean. Hope I helped I few people and be careful. This is all happening in the EUW server. The only people that know about QPRsean account is me and the owner and he only told me so I could help him out and get his account back, hope you understand :), and one last thing he doesn't do much on the account he just searches for accounts that doesn't have email verified on in other words you can still log into your account but its also belongs to him/her at the same time.
