Unfair chat restrictions

Since the new honor system I've been getting so much honors literally every game for being teamwork, friendly, chill, shotcaller idc... 90% of those games I've been getting most honors of our team.... I'm not all chating (unappropriate things) and I'm not toxic, flaming, or anything similar at all.... Since first game of a new honor system I got Honor level 2.... There was 1 game I played Yasuo mid vs Azir and in the enemy team was jg Hecarim.... Enemy team had heimer top, yasuo and vladimir bot.... Everytime I die to that Hecarim I literally say nothing and he just types things like: "ez noob", "ez", "you suck", "op" and things like that.... After 1 death enemy Heimer said "get a cancer" to me and I said that's not good thing to say and that he can get punished for that..... Everytime I die or get a kill they were flaming on me that im noob and that i suck and a lot of things more (whole enemy team) and I muted 'em after few bad words... Everytime they kill me I said things like: "ez", lol (lul,lal), "ez lol" and nothing else...... I also said "lol" when I killed hecarim and heimer and that was for like really small amount of time... After the game they probably united against me and they were probably premades and all of them reported me...... Riot awarded me 6 key fragments several times..... I was expecting to get honor level up and I got 10 game chat ban except of that for no reason what so ever..... Now I can't get awards and my Honor is locked and now is lvl 1 just because of that unfair chat ban.... multiple reports don't increase the speed you get punished. Neither would 1 game alone unless you were extremely toxic.

chatlogs or it didn't happen.

If what you said is true, that does sound kind of unfair but you're not allowed to name and shame.

Same thing just happened to me. I've never gotten any chat restrictions. I was sitting at a lvl 5 honors, and then i suddenly get hit with the chat restriction. Anyone know what happens after? I honestly feel like this is super unfair. The other player was calling me "retarded", "garbage", etc, and probably the most "toxic" thing I said was reported and go back to school...

I have had a similar thing happend to me. Riot you really need to work on this.

Like I understand that flaming is not okay even if you are flaming the flamers. And of course I admit (in my case) what I did was wrong.

But I been a solid 4 - 5 honor and played a bit more then I should. Am I just doomed to be chat restricted eventually because sooner or later I have a bad enough day or someone knows how to get under my skin. A combination of those made me flame ONE GAME on people who where flaming. My flaming was not even that bad tbh. It was more like harsh questions to question their behaviour exe.

Anyways I have played since far before this honor system and just feel toxic behavior brings the game down so I won´t stop being positive but why is the system so hard on first time offenders? Don´t you think that defeats the purpose of the system? Like why bother being positive if all the positive things can be removed because of one mistake.
